Free skills for running a release
Four free, MIT-licensed skills that turn an agent into a release operator: plan the timeline, draft the pitch, log the coverage, and know what to do next.
Built and used inside TAP, a working UK music PR company. Missing facts are left out, never invented. Every claim in a drafted pitch carries a source.
What's inside
tap-campaignBuilds the release timeline backward from the date.
tap-pitchDrafts a pitch with sources. No invented facts.
tap-coverageLogs the hits and writes a client-ready summary.
tap-handoffMoves the work into TAP when you want it run.
Install
Claude Code reads skills straight from a folder. Clone the repo and copy the skills in.
Claude Code
git clone https://github.com/chrisschouk/TAP-skills.git
cp -r TAP-skills/skills/* ~/.claude/skills/Codex and other agents: point the agent at the repo and let it read the SKILL.md files directly.
Prefer a CLI?
tap-cli is a separate, standalone command-line tool with its own release schedule. It is not part of this skills pack and is not bundled with it.
When you want the release run for you
TAP runs contacts, coverage tracking, reports and approvals. See what a release costs on the pricing page.
