AI Advisory
Workflow automation for music PR agencies
The same AI infrastructure that runs real campaigns — configured for your agency. Built by a working promoter with 5+ years of radio experience.
Your team spends 60% of campaign time on tasks AI can handle.
Contact research, follow-up scheduling, response tracking, client reporting — the same manual work, every campaign. Generic AI tools lack music industry context. Enterprise CRMs are overkill for a 1–5 person agency.
What gets automated
Real benchmarks from real campaigns — not projections.
Contact research
15 hours15 minutes
Pitch drafting (50 contacts)
5 hours20 minutes
Follow-up management
2 hours/week15 minutes
Campaign reporting

How it works
Start with a conversation, end with working automation.
Discovery call
Walk through your current workflow — every tool, every manual step, every pain point. 60 minutes, recorded and transcribed.
Blueprint delivery
Your workflow mapped into pipeline stages with automation classifications: what to automate, what stays manual, and what needs a human gate.
Build phase
Working automation tested on real campaigns. Custom skills, configured workspace, imported contacts, integrated tools.
Ongoing ops
Monthly health checks, refinements based on usage patterns, new workflows as your needs evolve.

Why me
Not a consultant who's never done the job.
I've been doing radio promotion for 5+ years — BBC Radio 6 Music, regional stations, specialist shows. I built TAP because I was tired of spending weekends on contact research instead of working with artists.
The automation you get isn't hypothetical. It's the same system I use to run campaigns every week. When I say “15 hours to 15 minutes,” that's my workflow, measured.
I'm not selling AI hype. I'm offering to set up the same infrastructure that already works — configured for your agency, your contacts, your workflow.

Questions
Do I need to use TAP?+
Not necessarily. The workflow automation works alongside your existing tools. Some clients use TAP as their campaign workspace, others integrate it with their current CRM and email setup. We figure out the right approach during the discovery call.
What tools do you integrate with?+
Gmail, Airtable, Monday.com, Typeform, and Google Drive out of the box. Custom integrations are possible during the Build phase. The system is designed to sit alongside your existing stack, not replace it.
How long does a Build take?+
2–6 weeks depending on scope. A single workflow (e.g., radio only) takes 2–3 weeks. A full pipeline (onboarding through to wrap-up) takes 4–6 weeks. You have working automation from week one — we iterate from there.
Can I start with Blueprint and upgrade later?+
Yes — each tier feeds the next. Most clients start with a Blueprint to understand the opportunity, then move to Build when they see the time savings projections. The Blueprint fee is credited against a Build engagement.
What makes this different from hiring a consultant?+
I'm not theorising about music PR workflows — I've been running radio campaigns for 5+ years. The automation you get is the same system I use for my own campaigns. It's battle-tested, not hypothetical.
How is this different from just subscribing to TAP?+
TAP is self-serve software (£19–79/month). The advisory service is done-with-you: I configure the AI layer, build custom campaign skills, and maintain the automation. Think of TAP as the platform, advisory as the implementation.
What is OpenClaw and why would I want it?+
OpenClaw is an open-source AI agent that lives on your machine — it has memory, connects to your tools (email, CRM, Slack, WhatsApp), runs on a heartbeat, and can execute tasks autonomously. Think of it as a team member that handles the repetitive work 24/7. I set it up properly: security hardened, memory configured, skills installed, integrations connected.
Do I need technical knowledge for Claude Code or OpenClaw?+
No. That’s the whole point of the setup service. I handle the installation, configuration, security, and training. You get a working system with a runbook explaining how to use it. The tools are surprisingly intuitive once properly configured — most clients are comfortable within a week.
Your workflow, automated. Your relationships, protected.
Start with a 60-minute discovery call. No commitment, no pressure — just a conversation about what's possible.
